When you log your period start date in the app, our system automatically recalibrates your next estimated cycle start. If your period arrives earlier or later than expected, we update your next box dispatch date to ensure your kit always arrives before your flow begins.

We provide free shipping on all subscription orders and one-time orders above ₹499 within India. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹40 applies. We deliver to over 19,000 pin codes across the country.
Yes! Once your kit is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message and email containing your tracking link and estimated delivery time. You can also track shipments in real-time from the Profile section of our app or website.
You can update your shipping address in the Profile section of your account or within the She Kit app. Please note that address changes must be saved at least 24 hours before your next scheduled kit dispatch to take effect for that delivery.
You are in complete control. You can pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden fees or contracts. Simply go to 'My Subscriptions' in your profile panel and select 'Manage Subscription'.
For subscriptions, your payment method will be charged automatically 5 days before your estimated dispatch date. We will send you an email/SMS notification 3 days prior to charging so you can make any changes to your kit if needed.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care products. However, if your kit arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
